This place personifies the description of a dump. Roads rutted, slimy, muddy, slick. Staff led me into trouble and caused damage to motorhome. NO COMPENSATION. Park (loosely) should be condemned by state as unusable and UNSAFE. Sewer smell is bad.

Pretty pricey for a mudhole with beetle killed trees all cut down. Nothing but scrub and mudholes in the roads. Maintenance was really not that evident. Staff and hangers-on in the office were right straight from "DELIVERANCE" the movie AND acted like it.

Rates were to high for what was available. Nice people. Some sites are VERY tight; be careful here. Wi-Fi sucked.
